Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), as amended, California residents have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of their personal information, including for targeted advertising. Similar rights exist for residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws.

Our position

Reptisitter does not sell personal information for money. However, our use of common third-party analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics, Meta/Facebook Pixel, PostHog) may qualify as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under some state laws. If you do not want your information used this way, you can opt out below.

How to opt out

1. Reject non-essential cookies. Click "Decline" on the cookie banner the next time it appears, or clear your cookies and reload the page to bring it back. Declining disables Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and product analytics for your session.
2. Enable Global Privacy Control (GPC). Reptisitter honors the GPC signal sent by privacy-respecting browsers (Brave, DuckDuckGo, Firefox with privacy extensions). When detected, we treat it as a valid opt-out request automatically.
3. Email us directly. Send a request from the email address associated with your Reptisitter account to privacy@repti-sitter.com. Subject line: CCPA Opt-Out Request. We respond within 15 business days as required by California law.
